When you connect your GA4 account, you authorize Kerny to access your Google Analytics data with read-only permissions. You represent that you own or have the right to access this data. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google account settings or by deleting your Kerny account.
Kerny's use of data obtained through Google APIs complies with Google's API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Kerny uses artificial intelligence to analyze your data and generate responses. You acknowledge that:
During the beta period, Kerny is free to use. When paid plans are introduced, we will notify you in advance. Continued use after pricing is introduced constitutes acceptance of the applicable fees.
Kerny and its technology, including the AI models, interface, and brand, are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to your own data and content.
You grant us a limited license to access and process your GA4 data solely to provide the Service to you.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KERNY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
You may stop using Kerny at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We'll notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
